| Gerald
F. Paolilli, CPA,
has been in the public accounting field for over twenty years. He
is a graduate of the University of Massachsetts Lowell. He is a former
member of the Board of Directors of the University of Massachusetts
Foundation, and is the recent Chairman of the Alumni Relations Council
at UMass Lowell. He currently serves on the Umass Lowell Foundation
Board of Advisors. Jerry has been serving the public as a CPA since
1983. As an investment advisor, licensed in Massachusetts, he provides
