| Gerald
has been in the public accounting field for over 25 years. He is a
graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is a former
member of the Board of Directors of the University of Massachusetts
Foundation, and is the recent Chairman of the Alumni Relations Council
at University of Massachusetts Lowell. Jerry has been serving the
public as a CPA since 1983 and is licensed in Massachusetts, New York
and Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public
Accountants. Jerry provides a wealth of experience and expertise to
